TODAY WE ARE CELEBRATING 100 YEARS OF SERVICE TO CHESTER.....

In 2021, the CVFC celebrated 100 years of service to the Chester community with a Fireworks show at Chubb Park. Since 1921,the Chester Volunteer Fire Company has been 100% volunteer, non-profit.Currently we are staffed by over 50 active members who give in excess of 6,700 man hours annually!!Those are all volunteer hours. In addition to emergency response, we participate in mandatory ongoing state training and host many community service projects including Fire Prevention at local schools and the Chester Firemen’s Carnival. Additionally, we are active supporters at other local events such as, Oktoberfest, Chester Day, Sporting Tournaments, Fall Craft Fair, offering a helping hand or being on stand-by in case we are needed.
