Today our members responded to a call for a vehicle into a structure. Upon arrival it was clear that a truck compromised the structural integrity of the garage at the home. We immediately had the Morris County Communications Center dispatch Morristown Fire Bureau for their USAR truck to assist with shoring. Milburn Fire Department’s lumber truck and Parsippany Rescue and Recovery Unit also provided additional resources and assisted Morristown with shoring to safely secure the structure. Thank you to all the mutual aid that helped today – great teamwork!
